Where we do not hold a verified observation, we show the gap instead of an estimate dressed up as data.
Corrections are welcome
Anyone can report an error with a source. Reviewed changes update the record and its verification date.

Founder
NeighbourIntel is built by Mythruvarun Mallela, who started it after researching Hyderabad’s western corridor as a buyer and finding the same facts scattered across news archives, civic notices and broker claims that rarely agreed with each other.
The aim is narrow and deliberate: collect what is officially on record for each area and project, date it, cite it, and keep it current — so a buyer can spend their time on decisions rather than on verification.
