We start with government portals and official project updates, then use named publications for context. A fact without a source does not go public.
How status works
Proposed means a plan exists. Awaiting approval means sign-off is still needed. Approved means authorised but not necessarily started. Only Under construction and Operational mean work has started.
Market estimates
Published estimates are asking-price figures from named sources, not transaction prices. They stay hidden until their original source is manually checked.
Investment Score
Planned inputs are rental yield, five-year appreciation from registration records, supply risk from TG-RERA, and infrastructure. It will publish only when every input is verified.
