Find the project on TG-RERA and note its registration number.
Step 2
Read the sanctioned plan, promised completion date and latest quarterly update.
Step 3
Check the agent's RERA registration.
Step 4
Get an Encumbrance Certificate and know its limits.
Step 5
For land, check the Record of Rights on Bhu Bharati.
Step 6
Check building permission, layout approval and LRS status.
Step 7
Check lake FTL and buffer zones.
Step 8
Check special zoning rules such as GO 111.

Compare prices on carpet area.

Estimate registration costs and check government market value.
