Recognise the official government portals. Begin with the linked official portal or source, record the property or project identifier you searched, and save the result with the date of your check.
One record is rarely enough on its own. Cross-check the title, sanctioned plan, registration details, applicable zoning, paid taxes and any lender release with a qualified property lawyer before paying.
